We cordially invite everyone who is interested in the third interstate bicycle pilgrimage. "Faithful in the Faith on the Bike" to the American Czestochowa. The pilgrimage this year will be held on July 11-17 2022 and will be different than the previous ones, this year's pilgrimage will cover 5 states and will last not 3 but 7 days. We're starting from Boston, MA so the route will be around 350 miles (560 km). We require a lot of effort in organizing as well as defeating the route. Like every year, each of you can choose the starting place yourself, depending on your own abilities. I cordially invite all pilgrims from last year but I also encourage new ones, especially from new places, from which the pilgrimage will start for the first time. I am asking you for prayer for our pilgrimage, that everything and everyone whom we meet along the way would be kind to us.
Important changes in the pilgrimage are: changing accommodation from Rochelle Park, NJ to the church in Wallington, NJ. In Wallington, we are provided with more accommodation opportunities. We will spend the night in school rooms and not in the church, which will have more accessible bathrooms. Second change: coffee and tea will be available in the morning and in the evening. Four additional showers were also bought (8 in total), so the queues will be shortened significantly. We are looking for volunteers who would be responsible for the distribution and folding of the showers. We also bought two additional fridges for cold drinks, so this year we should not be running out during the route. T-shirts will also be of two types, women's and men's cut.
We invite all those who have a bike and are willing to take part in a pilgrimage. Everyone can choose where he wants to start and how many days he wants to stay. Accommodation is ensured but every participant must have a sleeping bag and a sleeping mat. You can come to that day’s final stop the day before and stay overnight in the church, accommodation is provided for people who can not reach the meeting place in the morning. It is mandatory everyone must wear a bicycle helmet and have a spare tube for their bike. Each participant of the pilgrimage assumes full responsibility for himself and other participants of the pilgrimage. On the route will receive meals, breakfast, lunch, dinner and drinks.

Electric bicycles are NOT ALLOWED !!!

Organizing a pilgrimage is a considerable logistical challenge, which additionally entails costs. Over the last few years, we have not changed costs, but the rising prices of the various services we use during our pilgrimage mean that we need to make small changes. The pilgrimage price per day cost will increase by $10.

Each participant must take care of his luggage, therefore he should have hand baggage and main luggage. Hand luggage is a small backpack or bicycle bag in which we should have a raincoat, a spare tube and things needed for the road. The main luggage is a backpack in which there will be a sleeping bag, sleeping mat and changes of clothing (limited to a minimum), toiletries; please do not take things "that may be useful", we do not take big luggage! During the entire pilgrimage, a car will accompany us, which will help you if necessary. We are looking for people who would like to help and have decided to drive private cars with hooks attached or bicycle racks. Pickups and vans are appreciated.

Every participant on the pilgrimage day (July 10, 2022) must be at least 18 years old! Every pilgrim must return home from Czestochowa on their own!!

We are looking for volunteers who are willing to help during the pilgrimage.
